    My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

    You can track your order under the My-Account section of your dashboard. All orders will be delivered within 15-business days.

    Do you deliver on public holidays?

    No we do not. All deliveries are strictly conducted during working days.

    Do you deliver to my postcode?

    Yes, if you have entered you postal code in your billing address during checkout, we do. Just add your delivery instructions under the order-notes.

    Is priority delivery available on all orders?

    We have priority delivery which aims to deliver your purchase within 5 business days. For an additional fee, we can action this for you.

    Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

    Yes, in order for us to confirm all orders to be delivered to the right person and avoid theft or missing orders, we require your signature.
